Who we are#
ShopSlayer is a platform that connects TikTok Shop brands with affiliates. It is operated by Bloosh Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202527464R), Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, #19-021, Singapore 608526 ("ShopSlayer", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through shopslayer.ai and the ShopSlayer apps for affiliates and brands, and what we do with it. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, where it applies to us, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
What we collect#
From affiliates: your name, email address, mobile number, TikTok profile link, password, and the profile details you choose to add, such as content niche, birthday, gender and address. We also record the campaigns you join, the video links you submit, and public performance figures for those videos, such as views and engagement.
From brands: the name, email address and role of each person who uses the account, your shop and campaign details, billing details, and, if you connect your TikTok Shop Seller Center, the affiliate and sample-request data needed to run your campaigns.
From everyone who visits the site: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it#
- To create and manage your account.
- To run campaigns: showing briefs to affiliates, and showing brands which affiliates joined and what they posted.
- To send service messages about your account and campaigns.
- To send marketing updates, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the platform secure and to improve it.
Who we share it with#
- Brands whose campaigns you join. If you are an affiliate, the brand sees the profile and performance details needed to run the campaign with you.
- Service providers that host the platform, send our emails and process payments for us. They may only use the data to provide those services.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it#
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Where it is stored#
Our service providers may store data on servers outside the Philippines. We require them to protect it to a standard comparable to Philippine law.
Your rights#
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to claim damages for a violation. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To use any of these rights, email us at the address below.
Children#
ShopSlayer is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Security#
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Changes to this policy#
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app.
