About these terms#

These terms govern your use of shopslayer.ai and the ShopSlayer apps for affiliates and brands (together, the "platform"). The platform is operated by Bloosh Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202527464R), Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, #19-021, Singapore 608526 ("ShopSlayer", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

What ShopSlayer does#

ShopSlayer lets brands publish TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and lets affiliates find and join them. We are not a party to the arrangement between a brand and an affiliate. Product sales, commissions and commission payouts happen on TikTok Shop under TikTok Shop's own terms. Brands are responsible for shipping their own product samples.

Accounts#

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. We may review, approve, suspend or close accounts that give false information or break these terms.

For affiliates#

• Joining ShopSlayer is free.
• Joining a campaign does not guarantee that you will be approved by the brand, receive a sample, or win a prize.
• When you join a campaign, you agree to follow its brief and post the required content within the campaign period.
• You must own the content you submit, and it must follow TikTok's rules and the law, including rules on honest advertising claims.
• Brands may ask you for permission to use your videos in their ads. That is your choice each time.

For brands#

• Campaign details you publish, including commission, samples and prizes, must be accurate, and you must honour them.
• You are responsible for your products, their legal compliance, and delivering samples and prizes you have promised.
• Paid plans, prices and trial terms are shown at sign-up or agreed with us in writing. Fees are not refundable unless we say otherwise in writing or the law requires it.
• You may use affiliate data from the platform only to run your campaigns.

Acceptable use#

Do not misuse the platform. That includes creating fake or duplicate accounts, submitting content that is not yours, scraping data, attempting to break security, or using the platform for anything unlawful.

Our content and yours#

The platform, its design and its software belong to ShopSlayer. You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to display it within the platform for the purpose of running campaigns and reporting on them.

Third-party services#

The platform works alongside TikTok and TikTok Shop, which are not owned or controlled by ShopSlayer. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. ShopSlayer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

Availability and changes#

The platform is in beta. We provide it "as is", may change or remove features, and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability#

To the extent the law allows, ShopSlayer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the acts of brands, affiliates or TikTok, or for results you expected from a campaign. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use#

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after closure will continue to apply.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
